I am fascinated by the magical, fantastical landscape of my and my children's home. It is both beautiful and dangerous, with its lush forms and sharp edges. It is so different from the soft, warmly lit landscapes of my childhood. These works are straight photographs that honor the magic and include some fear of it as well.
